Eppure uno quando sta bene dovrebbe dare il meglio di sè e sfruttare i momenti di serenità per spaccare il mondo!!! A me è sempre successo il contrario! Niente e nessuno mi abbatte quando sto male e un soffio mi può mettere ko nei momenti sereni. Lei mi guardò, sorrise e disse che quando uno lotta strenuamente per sopravvivere, nel momento di tranquillità si rilassa perché viene meno la tensione che serve per rimanere vigili e forti. Ma cio’ non mi ha consolata perché è inconcepibile non riuscire a mantenere sempre lo stesso grado di impegno… Ma ahimè… Puntualmente ci ricasco e succede sempre finito l’inverno, la stagione che mi mette al tappeto!!! Per tutto luglio ho vegetato rimproverandomi di non avere la forza emotiva per ripartire e di conseguenza mangio per lo sconforto e riprendo quel peso che tanto avevo faticato per perdere! Poi domenica scorsa nella mia mente è tornata la scintilla senza motivo e sono ripartita! Palestra e nuoto per rimettere in moto il mio metabolismo morto… E il pessimismo è tornato ad essere l’ottimismo, la stanchezza è stata soppiantata dal benessere delle endorfine!! Ora però se non la smetto di mangiare tutto questo sforzo non servirà a niente! E riparto sperando di poter continuare a lottare per la mia salute! Devo riportare su i valori della spirometria, devo abbassare il colesterolo e l’LDL, devo aiutare le mie ossa e i miei muscoli a supportarmi e far passare il mal di schiena! Ora che la palestra è chiusa mi troverete la mattina presto a camminare. Non c’è niente di più bello che uscire prima delle sette con l’aria frizzantina e sentirsi vivi anche se affaticati!!!
