Che giornata!!!! Devo scrivere, devo per forza scrivere, non riesco a dormire dall’adrenalina!!! Ci siamo!!!! Sorellina mia il tuo dono mi riporterà alla vita!!! Ho parlato tanto negli ultimi giorni con le tue cellule staminali per incitarle a trovare la giusta via verso la loro nuova casa e iniziare a ricostruire la mia nuova speranza!!! E mi sono state ad ascoltare!!! Ho pensato molto a ciò che il dottor Bernie Siegel ha scritto nel libro “Amore medicina e miracoli” che mi ha regalato il pino nel lontano 1990 di ritorno da un viaggio di lavoro e che è diventato la mia bibbia nella malattia. Nel capitolo 6 “Concentrare la mente sulla guarigione” vi è scritto, citando un altro medico:”la visualizzazione aumenta la quantità di cellule bianche circolanti nel sangue e i livelli di un ormone, timosin-Alfa-1, che stimola i linfociti T-helper che supportano i linfociti T. L’ormone inoltre contribuisce a determinare la sensazione di benessere, dimostrando che il sistema immunitario può influenzare direttamente lo stato d’animo, così come avviene il contrario”. In parole povere il nostro stato d’animo influenza il sistema immunitario e quindi essere positivi aiuta sempre! Quindi penso di aver aiutato le nuove inquiline a sentirsi a casa e a iniziare a riprodursi!
Stamattina aspettavo con ansia l’arrivo del dott… Come per voler accelerare il tempo, mi sono fatta la doccia prima del solito per farmi trovare pronta prima dell’arrivo di Leo… Fare tutto da sola sta diventando sempre più faticoso, la debolezza si sente… Tornata a letto ho guardato un po di tv e mi sono addormentata non ricordo per quanto! E finalmente ho sentito aprire la porta e con un balzo felino mi sono messa a sedere a gambe incrociate sul letto. Ho chiesto al dott se ci fossero novità e lui con un sorriso splendido mi ha detto:”Ci siamo, i valori si sono mossi, i tuoi bianchi sono 200 stamattina!”…. Sono esplosa di gioia e le lacrime hanno invaso i miei occhi!!!! E subito:”Dott allora posso andare a casa?” E lui:”Per mandarti a casa i bianchi devono essere per lo meno 500 e prima dobbiamo diminuire la terapia infusionale e passare a quella orale. Ci vorranno altri dieci giorni come minimo…”. E io:”Vabbe’, il più ormai è fatto!!!! E mi dica un po’… La nuova boccetta che ho visto appendere ieri pomeriggio… Altro che vitamine eh?!?!?” E lui:”non ti si può nascondere niente vero?”. E poi mi ha spiegato che prima di tornare a casa in regime di degenza protetta bisogna che alcuni sintomi post trapianto si risolvano o riducano. Si, perchè non ho detto che in questi giorni il mio fisico si è trasformato e evidenzia gli effetti della chemio. Le mie gambe sono tutte arrossate e scure e piene di puntolini rossi pruriginosi che mi tormentano, la pelle ha iniziato a sgretolarsi facendomi assomigliare ad una vecchia mummia e i capezzoli sono diventati neri come il carbone… Ho perso di nuovo i minuscoli capelli che erano ricresciuti e la nausea diventa sempre più insopportabile. Per contrastare la degenerazione della pelle mi devo cospargere più volte al giorno con l’olio di mandorla di cui non sopporto l’odore… Potrei essere addirittura fritta in padella!!! Ma vabbe’, passerà anche questo! Ciò che più conta è che ricomincerò a vivere!!!!! E finalmente potrò avere quella vita che non ho mai avuto!!!! Viva la vita!!!!
